What to Expect

For most appliances, if your appliance is under manufacturer warranty:

You can schedule service directly with us.

Just have:

• Model & serial number
• proof of purchase (closing document for new builds)
• A brief description of the issue

Call us and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you have an extended warranty or live outside of the Tucson area:

• First, contact your warranty provider or manufacturer and request service.

• Ask them to dispatch the service to ATS.

• Once we receive the dispatch (usually within 1–2 hours), we will call you to schedule.

Prefer not to wait?

You can call us as soon as the dispatch is submitted, just have your dispatch number ready.

Note: The appointment time offered by the manufacturer may not reflect our real-time availability. Our team will schedule you for the earliest available appointment.

If Your Appliance is Not Under Warranty:

Call us to schedule a diagnostic visit.

We’ll ask for:

• A brief description of the issue
• Model & serial number

Diagnostic Fee:

• $115 standard
• $150 high-end appliances
• (+ travel fee if applicable)

During the visit your technician will:

• Diagnose the issue
• Provide a repair estimate

If you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the labor.

If parts are needed, we’ll order them and ask for prepayment before installation.
